Importing

My broker report won't import - how do I send to you?
My broker is not supported - can I import?
After importing, my positions are incorrectly marked as long or short.
My trades are not listed in proper order of execution on my trade history report.
When downloading an Excel or CSV file file from the web it opens a copy of Excel in my web browser rather than popping up the File Download dialog box.
