My broker report won't import - how do I send to you?

 
Before sending us your report, you should verify that you are:
 
  • Using the latest version of TradeLog - see: Updating your TradeLog software.
     
  •  Using MS Internet Explorer as your default browser when copying your trade history information (if applicable) from your online broker's web page.

    Note: if your broker only supports a web import, you need to strictly use the latest update of MS Internet Explorer. Once your browser is updated, re-try your import. If the import is still unsuccessful, please read on.
 
 
To send us your online broker's trade history report:
 
  • Open your data file and click Help, Send Files To Support.
     
  • Enter your name and email address in the required fields.
     
  • Check the box that says "Import Folder" to include the data files import history.
     
  • Provide some details about your import problem.
     
  • Click the Send button
