This error appears when an online trade history report has not been properly selected with the mouse. If even one small piece of the table is not selected, the import will fail and generate the error message.
To select the entire report:
The entire report may be selected by clicking Edit, Select All or by using the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl + A
Imports may also fail if your online broker has made any formatting changes to your online trade history reports. Each broker Import Filter in TradeLog has been custom-designed to read the data on a specific trade history report with a specific format. When the report format is changed, the import filter must be revised and a software update must be released.
If you receive this error and notice that the format of your online trade history reports has changed, please submit an Online Support Request to report the change.
