T. Rowe Price

T. Rowe Price Import Instructions:
In their trade history reports, T. Rowe Price uses option symbols for option trades rather than option descriptions. Therefore, when manually entering your open option positions from last tax year, you must enter them using the proper option symbol so that TradeLog can properly match them with the closing positions upon import.
General Procedure:
  • Log in to your T. Rowe Price account and click on the Account History tab.
  • In the Show Activity drop-down box, select All Trades
  • Select a date range for your report using Start Date and End Date.
  • Run the report. Do not change the sort order of any of the columns in the report!
  • Use Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A shortcut) to select the entire page.

    Use your mouse to select the report table.
    Please make sure you select the field name header line.

  • Copy the report data. Click Edit, Copy, use the <Ctrl-C> keyboard shortcut, or single-right-click with your mouse.
  • Run TradeLog.
  • Click the TRowe Imp speed button to begin the process.
  • All of your trades will be automatically imported and matched.
  • A Confirmation window will appear. Click YES to save the imported data.
